Boys Fitness

A syllabus has been developed for boys aged 5 - 12 years. Boys physie targets a number of key areas including:

  • flexibility
  • strength
  • controlled body movement
  • the relationship of movement to music

The routines for boys are great fun with a funky strength routine and hip hop routine included. The music is great as well!
