Competitions

Physie competitions are not compulsory but provide a great opportunity for everyone to meet other people.
Competitions are fun and with the support of family, friends and fellow club members, they become quite a social event.

A number of competitions are available for members to enter as an individual.

INTERCLUB COMPETITIONS
Interclub competitions are friendly competitions with local clubs. These competitions are used for experience allowing members to engage in friendly but a competitive atmosphere.

CHAMPION GIRL/LADY COMPETITIONS
Girls and ladies throughout Australia compete in Regional Zones  for the honour to represent their club at the National Finals which are held in Sydney. Brindabella competes in the Riverina Zone held in Wagga Wagga.

TEAM COMPETITIONS
A team competitions consist of 8 members from the same club of similar age. The competitors complete synchronised routines.

The competitions are held on the same weekends as the individual comps.
